Agreement
By booking a project or subscribing to a plan with Motionsyncs, you agree to these terms. Project-specific details — scope, deadlines and price — are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Your content
You confirm you own, or have permission to use, all footage, music, logos and other material you send us. You keep ownership of your content at all times.
Delivery and revisions
- Turnaround times start once we have received all footage and instructions.
- Each project includes the number of revision rounds agreed before work begins.
- Changes outside the original brief may be quoted as additional work.
Payment
Monthly plans are billed in advance. One-off projects may require a deposit before work starts. Final files are delivered once the invoice is paid.
Ownership of the final video
Once paid in full, you own the final edited video and may use it however you like. Project files and templates we create remain ours unless agreed otherwise.
Portfolio
We’ll only show your project in our portfolio or marketing with your permission. Just let us know if a project is confidential.
Cancelling
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time before your next billing date. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
